Harmony
This was a custom business application that was re-designed by me according to the needs of the users, customers and management teams of Xerox.

Tracks copier usage, bills clients, and provides numerous billing detail reports based up on customer internal needs.  System tracks all service, supply and customer calls.  Systems also tracks all supplies, keeping track of supplies that are currently on the road with service personnel.  System also reports internal tracking of employee time usage, and specific job duties related to internal on-site facilities.  The system links to web based sites using XML formatted information that is transferred to legacy mainframe systems.

IntroTab.jpg (58626 bytes)

The Intro Screen for the program.  This shows the format of the main screen of the form.  The small caveman is a statue that I created and took pictures of for the program.  I still have that statue as it is my original.

AccountMaintenanceTab.jpg (48970 bytes)

The Account Maintenance Tab.  This tab allows the user to access the functions necessary to maintain the main Account information in the system.

AccountsScreen.jpg (65824 bytes)

The Accounts Screen.  This is the main screen for the account and allows the user to access all the main Account information.

ReportingTab.jpg (81813 bytes)

The Reporting Tab.  This tab allows the user to select preformatted reports for any account that is in the system.  If a report required different information, in some cases the fields for criteria selection change according to the report selected.

SuppliesTab.jpg (57587 bytes)

The Supplies Tab.  This tab allows the user to manage supplies ordering, maintenance of supply information (cost, container size, etc.), and track orders.

BillingWorksheet.jpg (76460 bytes)

The Billing Worksheet.  This is the main reason the database was designed.  With as few steps as possible this sheet walks the user through the creation of billing reports.  The system would pull charges from Usage Data, Supply Deliveries, Rental/Lease Charges and Other Charges.
